Parenting a child with a nut allergy can be a worrisome thing – hovering around the food table at birthday parties, concerned about them sharing food at school. Luckily, packing a nut-free lunch box doesn’t have to be hard work. To help, we’ve compiled a list of the best tried-and-tested nut-free snacks we know your child will love… all which are easy to make, delicious, nutritious, and just happen to be totally nut-free!
