Get ready to let your creativity shine in the Fire & Flourish Lantern Project, part of Brisbane Festival 2025!
Kids (and artists of all ages!) are invited to create a bright, bold artwork inspired by the powerful theme of Fire & Flourish — think glowing flames, blooming flowers, and nature’s beauty. Winning designs will be transformed into beautiful lanterns and displayed at Afterglow, the magical fire installation at the City Botanic Gardens this September!
🎨 FREE School Holiday Workshop
Join local artist Sam Harrison for a fun, hands-on workshop to help you perfect your artwork.
When: Wednesday 2 July, 1PM
Where: Mt Gravatt Community Centre
All materials provided – just bring your imagination!
