About the Event

Zen Cat kinder yoga classes offer young children the opportunity to connect with their inner self and others, explore their creativity and develop techniques to find a place of calm.

Children are taken on a magical adventure incorporating traditional yoga poses, creative movement, music, storytelling, visualization and relaxation. Classes are held in both Marcoola and Kawana Island venues.
