Little ArtLab provides hands-on creative fun with art activities kids under five can enjoy with their parents and carers.
This workshop is inspired by sculptural artist Jay Jermyn, one of the featured artists in Here and Now: Gold Coast Triennial.
A key aspect of Jay’s art practice is his contemplation of our relationship with nature. Jay likes using materials with different textures to make his artworks, contrasting the natural and the manmade.
You will carefully select a range of natural and man-made materials to create an assemblage with contrasting surfaces. Learn about composition, colour and texture.
