Queenslanders are gearing up for an exciting National Science Week from 10-18 August 2024, where a myriad of events, activities, and initiatives will showcase the wonders of science and technology across the state.
With this year’s school theme, “Species Survival – More than just sustainability”, National Science Week promises to engage participants of all ages and backgrounds in exploring the marvels of scientific discovery.
National Science Week is Australia’s annual celebration of science and technology, held each August to acknowledge the contributions of Australian scientists and innovators and encourage the general public to engage with science in a fun and informative way.
In Queensland, a diverse array of events is planned, ranging from interactive workshops and events to engaging talks and discussions with a twist.
