Join Sunshine Butterflies on Friday 11 October 2024 at their annual Walk in Wings, a 3km accessible loop along the Noosa River on Gympie Terrace.
Walkers will create a kaleidoscope of colour as they embrace the playfulness of life and importance of creating an all-inclusive community in their colourful butterfly wings or dressed in purple.
Organise a team of 4 to 10 members and vie for amazing prizes while supporting our amazing community!
This year Sunshine Butterflies is aiming to raise $20,000 to purchase an essential Kubota vehicle for their 15-acre property! Sunshine Butterflies’ “Farmability” program and Farm Animal Therapy sessions provide their members with a safe and supportive space to care for and interact with farm animals, and the new machinery will make a huge difference in reducing physical strain and helping members, staff, and volunteers work more efficiently.
