Zen Festival is a collaborative event hosted by the island Vibe festival and the ZenThai Shiatsu community, celebrating the wonders of creative expression, movement, yoga, bodywork and meditation.
Held over 3 days in September, close to the Spring Equinox join in on an intimate camp out in the stunning Noosa Hinterland. Days start with dawn meditation and yoga on a grassy hill with inspiring views of Mt Pinbarren and Black Mountain, followed by a poet’s breakfast on the common. Choose from a selection of wonderful workshops during the day, from ZenThai Shiatsu partner bodywork, chinese medicine, traditional dance, open mic expression sessions, breathwork, sound journeys and finish the day with dinner and an evening concert with local and global musicians.
Zen Festival is open to all ages, kids under 12 are free, and is well loved for its captivating intimate vibe.
