In a true Aussie twist\, Santa will swap his sleigh for surf\, arriving by Surf Boat at approximately 5:30pm thanks to the skilled Mooloolaba Surf Life Saving Club (MSLSC) Boaties. \nFamilies are invited to line the shore and welcome Santa as he steps out of the surf with a sack full of sweet treats from CTC Australia for the kids. Santa will stay for photos\, high-fives and Christmas cheer before a spectacular fireworks display lights up the sky at 7:15pm\, launching his journey around the world. \nNow in its 61st year\, this free community tradition is proudly hosted by the volunteers of Mooloolaba Surf Life Saving Club and has become a much-loved part of Christmas on the Sunshine Coast for locals and visitors alike. \n
