4pm to 5pm
Mindful Kids is not just about poses. It is holistic and takes into account mind, body, and spirit. Along with exercise, your kids will explore meditation and mindfulness, increasing focus and giving them a deep sense of inner peace. They will get time to blossom creatively through music, arts and crafts. They will learn healthy living tidbits and be introduced to Ayurveda, starting them on a journey to being in tune with what they need and how to stay balanced.
Plus, most importantly – it will all be done in a fun way they’ll love!
Classes run on Tuesdays during the school term from 4pm to 5pm with 2 different age group options available, 5–8 years and 9–12 years.

Tanya is mum to two teenage girls and is the Production Manager for Kids on the Coast/ Kids in the City. She has experience working in the print & digital publishing industry for a number of years with skills in keeping the production schedule organised, social media and website design. When not being taxi-Mum to her girls, Tanya enjoys camping, reading, digital scrapbooking and boating.
