Come and join the Friends of Pine Ridge Conservation Park Traditional Owners Walk

The wonderful Clinton Brewer is going to show us around Pine Ridge Conservation Park. Clinton is representing the Kombummeri People and will be sharing his knowledge of the park and give us an idea of the deep connection the Kombummeri people still have to the land.

You will learn about the plants and animals of significance in the park, see important cultural artifacts and come to appreciate our little slice of heaven a bit more.

What to bring:

  • Wide brimmed hat
  • Closed in shoes
  • A litre of water
  • Camera (if you want)
  • Sunscreen
  • Long sleeve shirt
  • Long pants

Meet at the car park opposite the Coombabah State School on Oxley Drive at 8 am. The walk will go for a few hours so be prepared for an awesome morning.
