Brisbane’s favourite free fitness series, the Medibank Feel Good Program returns to South Bank Parklands and Queens Gardens this Spring. The program brings an array of classes perfect to get mums (and dads!) to get fit for free this spring!
Running until November 30, the program will deliver 15 free workouts per week, from early morning to evening classes, making possible for everyone to get fit for free. The program includes a range of workout styles and classes to suit all preferences – and for all fitness levels.
The program will offer yoga, tai chi, Zumba, pilates and bootcamp. Series 2 will also offer barre for core strength, an aqua class held in South Bank’s Boat Pool and a class just for parents and bubs (yay, a workout you can do with your baby!).
All sessions are led by qualified instructors from Goodlife Health Clubs, and esteemed fitness trainer Michelle Bridges will host a free class on November 2.
This year, the program has also introduced ‘Wellness Talks’, held fortnightly on Saturday mornings at Flowstate, South Bank Parklands. Hosted by certified practitioners and industry leaders Leanne Ward, Cass Dunn and Soul Space, they will share their insights, knowledge and tips on all things health.
Bring your own water bottle and towel to classes, along with a workout mat if available and required.
