RECIPE: Easy kids snacks - Banana granola yogurt bites

These quick delicious frozen treats works great as a breakfast on the go, or a healthy snack.


  • 1 banana, cut into thirds
  • 60 g yoghurt of your choice

  • 50 granola of your choice


1. Place the yoghurt and the granola in two separate shallow bowls.

2. Dip each banana piece into the yogurt, coating thoroughly. Coat each banana piece in the granola. Freeze for at least 1 hour.

3. If you have them, insert popsicle sticks into the end of each banana segment for easier handling.

4. Once frozen, the bananas can be placed in a sealed bag in the freezer for 1 week.
