Core CLimbing is passionate about getting kids to climb. Climbing is both exhilarating and physically challenging meaning kids focus on the fun and excitement of climbing and all the while build strength and endurance.
As a species climbing is a natural aspect of our survival genetics and one that our bodies are in tune with responding to. It stimulates the healthy body to weight ratio strength improvements all of us seek from our exercise programs in the most efficient and beneficial way possible by putting making gravity the weight!
Our half-day workshops introduce the kids to climbing and the techniques that help you to improve. They are fully supervised and run in groups no larger than 6 kids per team member. They are separated by age category in 6-10 and 11-15.
We also offer yoga and pilates for mums and dads that want to hang around (not literally that the Kids jobs).
