DESCRIPTION:The 2026 Laidley Spring Festival returns 11–12 September in Laidley\, followed by Bee Happy Day in Forest Hill on 13 September\, transforming the region into a vibrant\, town-wide celebration of spring. \nThis isn’t a ticketed mega-event or a commercial city activation\, it’s a main-street takeover where parades roll past heritage shopfronts\, businesses dress their windows\, and growers\, makers and artists step forward to share their stories. \nAcross the weekend\, visitors can experience twilight gatherings under festoon lights\, live entertainment and stage shows\, a massive Show ’n’ Shine\, a dedicated Spring Gardening Fair\, community exhibitions and bustling markets. Three generations line the parade route\, neighbours reconnect\, and visitors are welcomed like locals. It’s visually rich\, highly photographable and filled with authentic personalities that give the festival its unmistakable character. \nDon’t miss Laidley Spring Festival’s very first first Under 5’s children’s event on Friday 11 September 2026 from 9am – 12pm. \nBubble’licious\nDr Ace the Whimsical Magician\nAnimal Nursery\nFace Painting\nEmergency Services Displays\nChildren’s Activities\nScavenger Hunt \nMeet Bluey & Bingo on Saturday 12 September.  There will be two free Meet & Greet sessions giving little (and big) fans the chance to snap a photo and say hello to everyone’s favourite Heeler sisters.  While the Meet & Greets are FREE\, bookings are essential and tickets are strictly limited. \nSunday 13 September 2026 is dedicated to the little ones\, Bee Happy Day in Forest Hill brings a hive of activity with artsy workshops\, live shows\, and plenty of treats to keep smiles wide. \nFIND OUT MORE
