From 3 April, Emporium Hotel South Bank is transforming into a festive wonderland, spreading Easter cheer throughout its world-class dining outlets and offering a range of delightful experiences for guests of all ages.

Head up to The Terrace rooftop bar and enjoy breathtaking views of Brisbane while indulging in two decadent Easter-inspired cocktails. The Banoffee Bunny ($24) combines Bumbu spiced rum, caramelised banana, coffee caramel, chocolate, and meringue, a playful mix of Easter’s most beloved flavours. For a refreshing twist, the Sunny Side ($26) features Absolut vanilla vodka, lime zest oleo, and a lifelike mango yolk. Available from April 3-30.

Chocolate Fondue at Belle Epoque
Step into a Willy Wonka-inspired dream at Belle Epoque, where you can enjoy the indulgent Melting Chocolate Egg Fondue experience ($45 for two). Watch in awe as your hand-crafted Easter egg melts into a velvety chocolate sauce, perfect for dipping into an assortment of fresh fruit, marshmallows and cookies.

Easter High Tea Delight
Delight in a festive Easter High Tea at Belle Epoque, available with your choice of tea/ barista coffee, sparkling wine or a bottomless Champagne option starting at $80 per person. This joyful feast includes savoury treats like smoked salmon and beetroot sandwiches, prawn cocktail tarts, and sweet offerings such as red velvet and raspberry cake, salted caramel bunny cookies and freshly baked apple and raisin scones with passionfruit curd and vanilla Chantilly. Kids, gluten-free, and vegan high tea options are also available on request.

Limited-Edition Easter Cakes
For those with a sweet tooth, don’t miss the exclusive Easter cakes available from the Belle Epoque cabinet, including a Tropical Carrot Cake with mango and passionfruit compote and white chocolate ganache and the whimsical Bunny Cake made with Norohy vanilla cheesecake, strawberry compote, and sable Breton; both priced at $12.50 each.

Take Home Sweet Treats
Before you leave, pick up freshly baked Hot Cross Buns ($3 each or $15 for a pack of six) and indulgent Chocolate Eggs to take home including Emporium Hotel’s masterful take on a traditional chocolate bunny ($20). Filled with an assortment of hand-crafted chocolate truffles in hazelnut, raspberry, and rum and raisin flavours.

Find the Golden Egg
The Easter Bunny has been busy hiding golden eggs at Emporium Hotel South Bank! From 18-21 April, guests who check in will receive a golden egg which may contain a delightful prize like complimentary rooftop cocktails or a gourmet dinner at FIRMA.
