Dance to make a difference for Sunshine Coast kids

Need a reason to dust off your dancing shoes? We’ve found one that’s all heart – mixing house music with fundraising for vulnerable Sunshine Coast kids.

Coming to Mooloolaba this August, PAST:PRESENT:FUTURE> is more than just a fun day party  – it’s a chance for locals to kick back, reconnect, and raise vital funds for SunnyKids, the Sunshine Coast charity supporting vulnerable children and families in crisis.

Held at the vibrant Savvy Squire at the Wharf Mooloolaba, this is a dance party with a difference. In one room, you’ll find chilled house music, cocktails, and conversation with friends as you soak up the sparkling water views. In the main room? It’s all systems go, with house and progressive sure to get your feet moving and your heart full. From timeless anthems to future-forward rhythms, it’s the best in house music right here on the Sunshine Coast.

It’s the perfect afternoon for parents who give so much to their families every day. A chance to fill your own cup while giving back to families doing it tough in our own backyard.

Behind the decks (and behind the event) is acclaimed international DJ Neil Roberts. Having DJ’d for nearly 30 years, Neil has rocked dancefloors across the globe, including the UK, Ibiza and Sydney. Now calling the Sunny Coast home, he is on a mission to the community together through music and meaning.

“PAST:PRESENT:FUTURE> is all about good people, good music, and making a real difference,” says Neil. “It’s a night to enjoy some great tunes, have fun, knowing your ticket is helping a child in need.”

All profits from the night will go to SunnyKids, whose frontline programs provide critical support for kids experiencing homelessness, domestic violence and hardship.

So if you’re overdue for a night out with the girls – or just want to support something good – grab your crew, book the babysitter, and join the movement on the dancefloor.

Because helping our community doesn’t always mean giving more. Sometimes, it just means showing up!

Kids on the Coast is a proud supporter of SunnyKids
