Aura BirthdayLand
To celebrate Aura’s milestone 10th birthday, they are bringing together a one-of-a-kind experience to the Sunshine Coast: BirthdayLand — an immersive, interactive installation designed to spark joy, nostalgia, and pure playfulness.
From 21 March to 19 April 2026, the Celebration Lawn will transform into a vibrant world of colour, creativity and celebration, as three full-sized shipping containers are reimagined into sensory pop art rooms. Each space draws inspiration from the universal magic of birthdays — those moments of delight, surprise and togetherness that transcend age.
BirthdayLand invites residents and visitors to step inside a series of bold, imaginative installations that bring “dopamine décor” to a whole new level. Highlights include:
✨ A glowing neon birthday wonderland
✨ A pastel playroom designed for mood-boosting colour immersion
✨ A giant colour-in studio where visitors can unleash their creativity boosting colour
Anchoring the experience is a playful centrepiece: a giant BirthdayLand cake, purpose built for the perfect photo moment. Whether it’s little ones posing with frosting-inspired props or teens looking for their next shareworthy snap, the cake sets the scene for a celebration like no other.
Every guest also receives a complimentary pair of BirthdayLand socks, a quirky keepsake to wear during the experience — and long after the fun ends.
Entry to BirthdayLand is just $2 per person or $5 per family (kids under 2 free) with 100% of proceeds donated to OzHarvest, Aura’s local charity partner.
