Play the Bluey Way
Come on down to Wittonga Park and Play The Bluey Way with a series of performances, games and character appearances from Bluey and Bingo at a free community event in Brisbane on 26-27 September.
Across the two-day event, Wittonga Park in The Gap will transform into a playful Bluey-inspired experience, encouraging families to get outdoors, connect and play together through a series of games, performances, photo opportunities and activities inspired by the hit series.
🪩 Dance Mode
Head to the main stage area and show off your best moves during live performances and special appearances from Bluey and Bingo.
🏏 Cricket
At the heart of the weekend’s activities will be a series of cricket sessions inspired by Rusty’s unforgettable game in ‘Cricket’. Run by Cricket Australia, families will have the opportunity to learn how to bowl, bat and catch before taking part in a friendly game of cricket, just like on Bluey.
🏃 Toilet Tag
One of the show’s most-loved games comes to life as families jump into a game of Toilet Tag. Toilet Tag turns an everyday trip to the bathroom into a wildly fun family adventure, Bluey-style.
🎈 Keepy Uppy
Grab a balloon and see how long you can keep it in the air with family and friends in a giant game of Keepy Uppy inspired by the much-loved Bluey favourite.
📸 Photo Moments & New Mural
Families can snap a photo beneath the welcome arch before making their way to the new Play The Bluey Way mural on the park’s rebound wall and basketball courts.
Titled “That’s What Cricket’s About, Kid!”, the mural celebrates play, friendship and community through scenes inspired by iconic moments from Bluey.
The Brisbane event forms part of Play The Bluey Way, a global campaign from BBC Studios inspired by the beloved animated series. The campaign encourages families everywhere to embrace more play, connection and fun in their everyday lives through real-world activations, digital experiences, partnerships and at-home inspiration.
