Candlelight: A Haunted Evening of Halloween Classics

For one special evening, Candlelight’s most popular seasonal concert invites audiences to celebrate Halloween with haunting live music surrounded by thousands of candles
Taking place at St John’s Cathedral, A Haunted Evening of Halloween Classics reimagines some of the world’s most haunting melodies through live performances by a String Quartet. Blending classical works with music from film, television and popular culture, the programme features pieces such as Michael Jackson’s Thriller, Bernard Herrmann’s Psycho, the theme from Stranger Things and selections from The Nightmare Before Christmas, alongside Saint-Saëns’ Danse Macabre and Mussorgsky’s Night on Bald Mountain, all performed in the glow of thousands of candles.
