School Holidays at Museum of Brisbane
This summer, Museum of Brisbane is turning the school holidays into a creative playground.
Between 12 December 2026 to 26 January 2027, families can craft, draw, create and stick their way through a lineup of free and low-cost activities.
From designing a bold owl inspired by Judy Noble’s collection in Precious to crafting a sugarbag bee inspired by Kieron Anderson’s work in Stories You Wear: Magpie Goose, young makers can get creative and even take their creations home! Budding artists can leave their mark on Tape It!, The Pattern and The Little Collab, while teens can experiment at Tape Lab, a hands-on workshop led by Artist in Residence, Briony Barr.
Located on Level 3 of Brisbane City Hall with free entry year-round, Museum of Brisbane is a one-stop creative hub for school holiday fun.
Dates and session times vary, so check individual activities for more information. For more information
