What is Dance Fitness 4 Kids?
DF4K is a high energy class designed for kids, keeping them active while having a blast with their friends. It was established by Hayley Lambert, who danced her whole life and started teaching Dance at a young age. Since having her own children and having living-room dance parties, Hayley realised that so many kids would enjoy and appreciate this style of fitness. So she decided to share her passion with DF4K.
