Profile: Australian Early Learning Colleges

Where Excellence Meets Heart in Early Education

At Australian Early Learning Colleges, we believe that the early years form the foundation for a lifetime of learning, curiosity, and confidence. Our approach blends the highest standards of curriculum with the nurturing warmth of a family first environment — inspiring every child to reach their full potential in life beyond kindergarten.

Our Story

Founded by visionary Georgiana Karam, Australian Early Learning Colleges was built on the belief that children deserve an environment that challenges their minds and cherishes their individuality. Her mission was simple yet powerful: to blend a love of learning with creativity, play, and emotional intelligence.

Today, AELC continues that vision — offering children a joyful place to explore, imagine, and grow, guided by passionate educators who see each child’s unique potential.

Our Programs

From our Long Day Care and Kindergarten programs to Before & After School Care and Vacation Care, every AELC experience is designed to support every child through a balance of structured learning, creative exploration, and play.

Our curriculum and enrichment offerings include:

– Early Literacy & Numeracy Foundations
– Creative Arts, Drama, and Music
– Science & Discovery through Play
– Cultural Exploration and Language Awareness
– Physical Education and Wellbeing

These programs are carefully designed to nurture confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

Before & After School Care

Our Before and After School Care program provides a safe, welcoming environment that bridges the school day and family time. Each session is thoughtfully designed to balance relaxation, recreation, and enrichment — helping children unwind, connect with friends, and explore their interests through art, outdoor play, and creative projects.

To make life easier for families, AELC offers a dedicated bus service that safely transports children to and from local schools, ensuring a smooth and reliable transition each day.

Children also enjoy nutritious meals and snacks freshly prepared in our five-star kitchen by professional chefs, keeping them energised and ready for a full day of learning and fun. Our on-site cafeteria and kitchen facilities meet the highest standards of care, providing wholesome, balanced meals that children love.

Vacation Care

Our Vacation Care program turns school holidays into weeks of adventure, creativity, and discovery. Each day features a unique blend of exciting excursions, hands-on workshops, and themed activities designed to inspire imagination and friendship.

With freshly prepared meals, and caring educators, AELC Vacation Care ensures every child enjoys a safe, social, and enriching break while parents enjoy complete peace of mind.

Our Learning Philosophy

We believe that each child’s strengths and interests provide the foundation for our program, making learning meaningful, enjoyable and accessible for every child.

Every classroom is a community of curiosity and care, where imagination is celebrated and learning feels like an adventure.
