Established in 1912, Anglican Church Grammar School (Churchie) is an independent school for boys, located in the inner-city suburb of East Brisbane, with boarding offered for students in Years 7 to 12. Boarding has been at the heart of Churchie for over 100 years, and the school is committed to providing Australia’s regional and rural students with an excellent education in a nurturing environment.

All Churchie boarders receive the highest level of care from a dedicated core team of specialist staff who live on campus with their families, including the director of boarding and a housemaster, assistant housemaster, housemother and resident master for each house. They are further supported by a network of teachers, nurses, catering staff, and academic and counselling staff across the school who are united in their commitment to the best care for Churchie’s boarders.
