Bluewater Festival
April 17 - April 18
Organised by the Sandgate & Bayside Chamber of Commerce, the famous Bluewater Festival held at Shorncliffe Pier is one not to be missed.
The festival kicks off on Thursday 17 April from 4-8pm with a relaxing afternoon by the water. Enjoy a range of food trucks, live music and cool drinks.
Then on Friday 18 April the Festival is in full swing from 9:30am-8pm. Moora Park, Shorncliffe is jam packed with entertainment through the day with live bands, kids workshops, rides, food and markets all culminating into a beach party and fireworks in the evening.
The festival is held on the scenic foreshore at Shorncliffe in conjunction with the annual Brisbane to Gladstone Yacht Race (Friday).
