Bribie Island Christmas Lights Boat Parade
The Bribie Island Christmas Lights Boat Parade has become an iconic community event of the Bribie Island Festive Season Calendar.
Dozens of Vessels decorated in vibrant Christmas lights make their way throughout the Pacific Harbour canals and Pumicestone Passage. The event attracts thousands of spectators who congregate on vantage points around the canals or host parties to enjoy the spectacle.
There are numerous viewing points shown on the route map however at the Pacific Harbour Marina there will be a Laser show which plays in bursts between the passing flotilla and is visible from approximately 1km. From 4pm there will also be Food Trucks ranging from snacks, drinks, carnival food to fresh seafood. Local artists will be performing LIVE!
Santa and his Marine Rescue Queensland helpers will be cruising the canals gifting lollies from 1:30pm.
