Brisbane Emergency Services Expo

Bring the family to the Brisbane Emergency Services Expo on Saturday 10 October 2026 for a free day of fun, learning and hands-on experiences.

Meet your emergency services heroes, explore emergency vehicles up close and learn simple steps you can take to prepare your home and family for severe weather.

There will be plenty for kids and families to enjoy, including Paw Patrol shows and Meet and Greets, face painting, a jumping castle, food trucks, a sausage sizzle and more.

Local experts will be on hand to share practical advice and you can view equipment, products and services to help you get ready at home, all in the one place.

Now in its fifth year, Brisbane Emergency Services Expo brings emergency services, government agencies and community organisations together in one place.

The expo is a practical and fun way to get ready for storm season. Visitors can speak with local experts, view emergency service vehicles and find products and services that may help them prepare their home and property. There will be interactive displays, hands-on activities, demonstrations and entertainment for all ages.

You can also learn how to create an emergency plan, prepare an emergency kit and take simple steps to help protect your household during severe weather and disasters.

This event is proudly delivered by Brisbane City Council, with support from the Queensland Government’s Get Ready Queensland Program.
