School holidays just got a whole lot more exciting! Bring the whole family down to Caloundra Cup Day on Saturday 4 July for a massive day out at the Sunshine Coast Turf Club.
Let’s be honest, it’s the one day these school holidays where Mum and Dad have just as much fun as the kids.
Ride the giant 26m Wheel of Oz, enjoy live music all day, watch the colour and excitement of Billy J Fashions on the Field, and explore The Avenue, set across the sprawling front lawn and packed with food trucks, plenty of drink options, picnic spots and treats for everyone to enjoy.
With nine races and over $1.8 million in prize money, there’s plenty of action on track too, but there’s just as much to love off it. It’s the perfect family day out these school holidays.
Did you know? The last three Melbourne Cup winners; Without A Fight (2023), Knight’s Choice (2024) and Half Yours (2025) were all prepared right here at Sunshine Coast Turf Club during our winter?!
Best of all, kids under 18 get FREE admission! So while the grown-ups sort their tickets, the little ones are already sorted. A fun, low cost day out where everyone gets something out of it. And, the Ferris Wheel is FREE for all too!
Admission tickets from $30. Get in early, prices increase to $40 for adults closer to the day, yet still great value!
