Catbird Theatre: Physical Theatre Workshop

In this full day workshop, participants will use different physical theatre techniques, such as Laban Movement Analysis and The Viewpoints, to get into their bodies and out of their heads to explore different ways of theatre making.
Family is invited to watch their creations at the end of the day.
