Earth Lodge Family Camp

Earth Lodge Australia’s family camp is a fully catered, 5-day camping retreat on the Sunshine Coast, offering Rites of Passage ceremonies for all ages.

Earth Lodge is based on events that have flourished in Europe for over 30 years. Nature will be the teacher and Janneke Koole and Razel Wolf, highly experienced facilitators, will travel from Arizona to be the guides. There’ll be laughter and ceremony, connection and growth and powerful ancient animist wisdom teachings to support life’s changes.

The three Lodges, for Kids, Teens and Adults, offer engaging programmes to nourish and inspire each age group. After time with their peers, family members reconnect over delicious food, at the drum and around the campfire.

All participants will be offered a Rite of Passage ceremony to celebrate their unique stage of life. These ceremonies start in childhood and continue throughout life, in the rich tradition of the Sweet Medicine SunDance lineage. Recognition and celebration of life transitions are sadly lacking in the modern world. Rites of Passage have been shown to have a significant positive impact on individuals, families and communities.
