This exciting new Art Box for Kids project invites children to discover the work of Trawlwoolway/Pairabeene and Laremairremener artist Mandy Quadrio.
Quadrio’s people have been using Tasmanian bull kelp as a material for thousands of years. The kelp is used in many ways, including making carriers to hold water, food or seeds. As part of this project, you can create your own unique paper carrier to hold your special objects and treasures.
Drop-in anytime between Mon-Fri 10:30am-2:30pm or Sat-Sun 10:00am-4:30pm.
This free activity is suitable for ages 3+.
