Paniyiri is the longest running cultural festival in Queensland, the largest Greek festival in Australia, and a global celebration of culture and community.
In 2026, Paniyiri celebrates its 50th year of bringing Brisbane together through the heart, soul, and spirit of Greece. What began in 1976 has grown into one of the country’s most loved cultural festivals.
To mark this golden anniversary, Paniyiri 2026 will be the biggest and most spectacular yet, with special guests, new experiences, and unforgettable surprises.
