Australia’s most iconic Greek Festival returns to Musgrave Park on Saturday 17 May and Sunday 18 May. Picnic at Paniyiri and enjoy a day of Greek feasting, drinking and festivities!
Expect traditional Greek dance performances, music, cooking demonstrations, and a variety of stalls selling everything from souvlaki to Greek wine and honey puffs. There will be plenty of activities for the family to enjoy. The Paniyiri raffle will have plenty of prizes to be won and of course the grand prize of two return tickets to Greece.
Kids Kouzina Cooking School
Join Liz Borgo aka Liz the Dietician, for fun-filled interactive Greek cooking classes for kids. Dubbed the KIDS KOUZINA – “Kouzina” being a Greek word that translates to “kitchen” in English – they have been designed for children aged 6-12 years to gain confidence in the kitchen.
The private cooking schools for children at Paniyiri are strictly limited and places cost $20 per child plus booking fee.
These hour-long classes will take place on Saturday 17 May at 12.30pm – 1.30pm or Sunday 18 May at 10.30am – 11.30am and each child will receive a keepsake Chef Hat and Apron.
