Is your girl struggling to “bounce back” after a setback or a challenging situation? Does she find it hard to recover from negative emotions?
In this Bonjour Wellness workshop, they will discuss how we all have difficult times in our lives and look at ways to build your inner strength and make time for some self-care.
This workshop includes movement (agility, yoga and pilates) and relaxation plus creative and self-care activities.
Suitable for tweens aged 11+
