The Village Puppet Festival
A two day festival celebrating all things puppet!
One of only two puppet festivals in the entire country of Australia, The Village Puppet Festival encourages parents to bring their children to the theatre to see affordable shows and experience the wonder of puppetry in all its forms.
The festival features free and ticketed puppet performances by local companies. Suitcase Theatre, Tabletop shows and performances in a beautiful real theatre. Large structures and marionettes, busking musicians and to end it all every day, the most marvellous puppet parade in which you can join in!
Held at Maleny Players Theatre in Maleny Showgrounds.
