YOHKA, a super fun fitness event, will be held at Dreamworld, on August 23-24.
YOHKA is one of the most exciting, fast-paced, urban fitness sports designed for a new generation of athletes and fans. There will be something for everyone at the Dreamworld event, including a kids’ course that families can do together.
YOHKA will be set up at the Dreamworld Waterpark. There will be nighttime markets on the Friday and Saturday evening, plus some daytime activities in addition to the YOHKA event, making it a great day out for the whole family.
YOHKA 5KM: A 5KM Obstacle Course, suitable for all fitness levels
YOHKA Challenge: The YOHKA Teams Challenge is all about good vibes, great mates, and having a go. No egos, no pressure. Just you and your crew tackling a fun, ever-changing course filled with fitness zones, obstacle bits, and plenty of laughs along the way. Bring two friends, three, or your whole crew. It doesn’t matter how fit you are.
YOHKA 100m Sprint Course: The fastest obstacle course in the world with 12 obstacles. The fastest individuals can complete it in approximately 20 seconds. This course reflects the 2028 LA Olympic Games Course, which will be part of the Modern Pentathlon. It is fun to watch, fun to do, and we are pushing for it to be its own event at the Brisbane Olympics in 2032
YOHKA Kids: A family-friendly wave designed for children aged 5-11 to experience the excitement of the full YOHKA course alongside a parent or guardian. Kids and adults can complete the real obstacles together, with light modifications to suit the younger participants
