Sunshine Coast Adventure Mentoring is an early intervention program for youth mental health, physical and emotional wellbeing. Developed specifically for males aged 8-18, we run outdoor, adventure programs throughout the Sunshine Coast and Gympie.

Their outdoor adventure mentoring program is safe and structured, lead by experienced and positive role models. All activities offer opportunities for males to build and develop a range of skills and behaviours. These include resilience and confidence, teamwork, building healthy and meaningful relationships, finding potential and becoming stewards of the environment.

Regular participation in our mentoring programs have shown an improvement in self-confidence, increased resilience and improved teamwork and communication. As well as enhanced problem solving skills, exposure to new experiences and perspectives and personal growth.
