DF4K is a high energy class designed for kids, keeping them active while having a blast with their friends.

Established by Hayley Lambert, who danced her whole life and started teaching Dance at a young age both in Australia and overseas, fell in love with Dance Fitness while creating Dance Fitness classes for adults. Since having her own children and having living-room dance parties, Hayley realised that so many kids would enjoy and appreciate this style of fitness and decided to share her passion through Dance Fitness 4 Kids.
