Mindful Creative Hearts offers children, parents/carers & community tools to dissolve anxiety, stress, & emotional outbursts.

Mindful Creative Hearts outcomes of calmness, inner peace, expanded creativity, emotional balance are very effective.  They do this by deep breathing exercises, followed by lying meditation, visualisation & art processes.

Led by qualified physical education teacher, artist & art therapist Julie Tucker & assisted by other creative, movement based teachers. Mindful Creative Hearts also offer Creative Well Being Retreats incorporating Qigong, Dance, Meditation, Art, Obstacle courses, music, singing & more with accommodation retreat stay.
