Aquatic Achievers celebrates 30 years with new centres and new program

Brisbane swim school Aquatic Achievers celebrates 30 years with new centres and new Baby Swim program

When Aquatic Achievers first launched at Chandler in 1994, little did they know that their popular swim schools would grow to encompass 14 centres nationwide.
This exciting swim school continues to make waves, opening new centres across Brisbane and Melbourne, as well as launching a new baby swim program.

“Quality swimming lessons are important from a young age, as the water remains such a big part of Australian culture,” says Ryan Cox from Aquatic Achievers.
The new Logan Centre is set to open in May at the Hyperdome Shopping Centre, while the Arana Hills Centre will open in August.

A new Baby Swim program in Brisbane

BabySwim is Aquatic Achievers’ new introductory program, now available at all centres. Designed to help parents and guardians introduce their child to the pool in a fun and friendly way, the sessions are a welcoming and informative introduction to swimming for infants under six months of age.

At just $5 per session, BabySwim is an easy and affordable weekly activity for parents and carers to meet and learn with other adults and their infants in a supportive environment with experienced swim instructors. These sessions feed naturally into the very successful Aquatic Achievers infant and junior program.

Ability-based kids learn-to-swim program

At the core of Aquatic Achievers’ learn-to-swim program is the ability-based and age-sensitive Solo1 Swim Program. This structured program means that children learn to swim at the level that corresponds to their ability, not just their age.

“We’re proud to have such a respected swimming program for kids in Australia,” says Ryan.

“Our program helps children achieve that potential they were looking for. It’s great seeing a family experience the difference after joining us.”
