The most amaze bliss balls ever, and super fast to make, these are not only totally yummy, but healthy too! #winning

Quick and easy to make and with a delicious zingy taste, these little babies are the ideal sweet and healthy snack for the whole family, and can be made at a moment's notice.

The other great thing about this recipe is that there’s no baking required, just a little freezer time and then voila!

Just try and only eat one!!

  • 1 1/2 cups of almond meal
  • 1 tbs coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tbs maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tsp of vanilla extra
  • Desiccated coconut

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a sticky moist consistency.

2. Use a dessert spoon full of mixture to roll into balls.

3. Once the balls are rolled, roll them in desiccated coconut and cover completely.

4. Place the balls on a tray lined with baking paper and place in the freezer to set. The Coconut & Lemon Balls should be quite firm before eating.
