A new family-run farm experience has been launched in the countryside outside Gympie to give visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in farm life – up close and personal.
Highland Hideaway Experiences has launched in the rural area of Lower Wonga, just over 20 minutes from Gympie and an hour’s drive from Noosa on the Sunshine Coast.
Founded this year, Highland Hideaway Experiences was born from a journey of resilience and a deep appreciation for life. After farm owner Trevor’s battle with a rare cancer, the family was inspired to embrace each moment and share their love for farming with the world. What began as a dream is now becoming a real opportunity for visitors of all ages to experience life on the farm, with an emphasis on fun.
