Sunshine Coast Garage Sale Trail

The Garage Sale Trail sees two weekends of garage sales held simultaneously around the nation on November 11-12 and 18-19. With more than 280 households registered right here on the Sunshine Coast, there’s plenty of opportunity to catch a cracking deal, no matter where you’ll be.

Live in Beerwah? Bag a bargain at the Baigrie Bunch sale.

Got morning sport in Coolum? Find the perfect treasure at the Good Karma’s Sale.

Catching up for coffee in Mapleton? Snag some pre-loved clothes at the Becoming Minimalists sale.

Environment and Liveability Portfolio Councillor Maria Suarez said selling or shopping at garage sales is a fun and simple action we can take to reduce our carbon footprint.

“A garage sale is a great way to recycle items within your community and give them a second life,” Cr Suarez said.

“It’s also a great way to connect with your neighbours.

“You can shop for a sale in your street or use the virtual map to easily plan an efficient route so you can hit multiple sales in a single morning.

“Wherever you are across the Sunshine Coast – there will be a garage sale near you.”
