The Big Boing Indoor Trampoline Park is celebrating its 10th birthday, marking a decade of delivering adventure and community spirit to the Sunshine Coast.
Happy birthday to The Big Boing!
Since opening its doors in 2014, The Big Boing has become a beloved destination for both locals and visitors. It features over 50 interconnecting trampolines, a Ninja course, a dedicated junior area, a birthday party offering and a cafe.
The milestone has been marked with a day of celebrations, starting this morning with Sunshine Coast Mayor Rosanna Natoli helping to cut the birthday cake.
Reflecting on its journey, The Big Boing has navigated through challenging economic times and the global pandemic, emerging more committed to its mission of providing exhilarating indoor fun.
Over the past decade, The Big Boing has welcomed around 750,000 visitors and supported numerous local initiatives such as Balin Stewart Foundation, Sunshine Coast Lightning, Wishlist, Sunshine Coast Animal Refuge (SCARS), EndED, various local schools and more. They are proud to employ 38 team members and welcome back many past employees to celebrate during the celebrations.
“We are incredibly grateful for the support we’ve received from our community over the past ten years,” said Cathy Morrison, owner of The Big Boing.
“Our journey has been filled with challenges and triumphs, and we’re excited to celebrate this milestone with our team and the Sunshine Coast community. Here’s to another decade of bouncing, laughter, and community engagement,” she added.
