Transformational camp for families on the Sunshine Coast

Transform your family’s holiday right here on the Sunshine Coast this September at transformational camp Earth Lodge, Kenilworth.

Transformational travel is a new tourism trend focused on personal growth, self-improvement, and wellness. According to Jake Haupert, the founder of the Global Transformational Travel Council, “Transformational travel is any travel experience that empowers people to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.”

Meeting this rising trend, Earth Lodge Australia has launched a transformational camp for all ages in Kenilworth, Sunshine Coast. The camp offers uniquely tailored programs divided into three lodges: Kids Lodge, Teens Lodge, and Adults Lodge. Each lodge program is designed with thoughtful attention to the preferences and needs of different age groups.

Kids Lodge is a magical wonderland that sparks imagination and encourages learning through play. Teens Lodge is a dynamic haven that directs youthful exuberance into opportunities for self-discovery and independence. Adults Lodge, on the other hand, is a serene sanctuary that offers tranquillity and nurturing while providing engaging and impactful teachings from visiting educators.

“Children are natural explorers and learners. That’s why we’ve shaped Kids Lodge as an adventure playground that unleashes creativity and joy and encourages plenty of physical activity,” Laura-Doe from Earth Lodge Australia explains.

Designed for children aged 4 to 12, Kids Lodge offers a variety of nature-inspired activities, including treasure hunts, bush crafts, storytelling, creative games and magical journeys.

“At Kids Lodge, your children will have a fantastic time developing a deeper appreciation for themselves and their connection with nature.”

Teens Lodge is designed for teens ages 13 to 18, offering activities that are not only thrilling but also empowering. With experiences like raft-making, fire-building, mountain biking and wilderness survival skills, teens can challenge themselves and venture out of their comfort zones.

“We understand that the teenage years are filled with exploration, self-discovery, and the quest for independence. That’s why we’ve dedicated Teens Lodge to fostering key life skills. Through meaningful activities, they will develop resilience, problem-solving, and a sense of independence. In Teens Lodge, your teenagers will discover more about themselves, their capabilities, and their connection to the world around them. It’s not just about adventure—it’s about growth,” explains Laura-Doe.

Parents are catered for too, with Adults Lodge—designed to be a haven for relaxation, reflection and evolution. “As adults, we also need time to unwind, rejuvenate, and reconnect. Whether you’re a parent looking for some respite from your responsibilities or an individual seeking a place to reconnect with nature and your inner self, Adult’s Lodge is the place for you,” says Laura-Doe.

This magical family camp adventure promises to create unforgettable memories, foster stronger connections among family members, and nurture your spirit. It is not just any ordinary vacation—it is a unique opportunity to transform your lives and experience personal growth while enjoying quality time with your loved ones in the great outdoors. Are you ready for this life-changing adventure?
