Paradise Gloss will transform laneways, streets, lightboxes and car parks into vibrant exhibitions that explore creativity and play.
Now in its 11th year, the free program spans Brisbane’s favourite lifestyle precincts and central spaces like Fish Lane, King George Square Car Park, Heritage Lanes, Howard Smith Wharves and the Museum of Brisbane foyer.

Curated by Brisbane local Laura Brinin, the new exhibition includes works from 14 artists across multiple disciplines.
“Art’s immediacy can communicate our shared realities, engage with critical social questions, and envision an inclusive future,” said Laura Brinin.
“It reminds us of the beauty and joy inherent in the every day, even the banal, and can act as an antidote to the daily grind.”
Rachel Burke, Bonnie Hislop, Sunday Jemmott, Jessica Nothdurft, Frances Powell and Susan Lincoln are just some of the local talent featured, along with many other Australian creatives.
“Our Outdoor Gallery program celebrates the best of Brisbane’s local talent while brightening up our city spaces,” said Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner. “This fantastic free exhibition is a great way to explore new parts of Brisbane and see our city in a new light.”
