Cowboys & Country
Cowboys & Country is a western festival at Historic Rivermill, on the banks of the Coomera River at Mount Nathan in the Gold Coast Hinterland. It runs on selected Saturdays through the year.
The day brings a whip-cracking show, line dancing, country music, and market stalls from local growers and makers, across the gardens and paddocks.
It makes an easy day out, whether you come on your own, with friends, as a couple, or with the family. Half an hour from central Gold Coast, an hour from Brisbane, and forty-five minutes from Logan or Tweed Heads, at the foot of Tamborine Mountain.
Join the line dancing, take a turn on the bull, feed the alpacas and the turtles, ride a horse, and browse the market stalls. The café and the barbecue run all day.
Parking on site is $5 per vehicle, payable on arrival.
Saturday 10 October, 9am to 2pm
