Passionfruit and Lime Soda Mocktail Recipe for Kids
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- Approx. 500ml SodaStream sparkling water
- 2 passionfruit
- 1 lime, halved
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- Ice
Method:
- To prepare the SodaStream sparkling water, fill a SodaStream 1 Litre Bottle to the line with cold water and carbonate.
- Distribute the sugar and lime juice between your serving glasses along with the pulp of a passionfruit per glass.
- Fill the glass with ice and top up with SodaStream sparkling water. Stir and serve.
The Red Fizz (gluten free)
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- Approx. 500ml of SodaStream sparkling water
- 60g frozen berries
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 4-6 freshly picked mint leaves
- 1 vanilla pod, split
- Ice
Method:
- To prepare the SodaStream sparkling water, fill a SodaStream 1 Litre Bottle to the line with cold water and carbonate.
- Pop the frozen berries, coconut sugar, lemon juice, mint and the vanilla bean into a small pot over a low heat and cook until the berries begin to collapse.
- Use a spoon to crush the berries in the pot to help them cook. Once broken down remove the vanilla pod and set aside, pour the remaining contents through a sieve into a bowl pushing as much as possible through the sieve with the spoon, use a small knife to scrape out the vanilla pod and add to the puree berry mixture.
- Add ice to the serving glasses, pour the berry mixture over the ice and top up with SodaStream sparkling water. Serve immediately.
Pink Italian Cream Soda
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 300ml SodaStream sparkling water
- 200g fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup (70g) raw sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 2 tbsp pouring cream
- Whipped cream
- Fairy floss
- Fresh raspberries
Method:
- To prepare the SodaStream sparkling water, fill a SodaStream 1 Litre Bottle with cold water and carbonate.
- Place raspberries, sugar and vanilla in a small heavy bottomed saucepan. Heat on medium-low and bring to a gentle boil.
- Remove from heat. Add bicarbonate of soda and mix well. Allow to cool slightly. Strain into a glass jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
- To serve, divide raspberry mixture equally between two 400ml glasses (about 3 tablespoons per glass). Top each glass with chilled sparkling water until two thirds full. Spoon a tablespoon of cream in each glass. Top with whipped cream, fairy floss and raspberries. Serve immediately.

- Kiwis, sliced
- Peaches, sliced
- Strawberries, sliced
- Raspberries
- Sparkling water
Method:
- Add blackberries, kiwis, peaches, strawberries and raspberries to a tall glass.
- Top with sparkling water. Serve and enjoy!
