There are several performances this weekend that the kids are sure to love. The cult classic comedy Little Shop of Horrors will fill everyone’s need for musical hilarity when it lands on stage at Montessori International College this weekend. This spectacular production about a bloody-thirsty plant is not to be missed.

This action-packed show will premiere on stage for a short run from Thursday, April 28 to Saturday, April 30. The story follows the transformation of Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes and scandal in pursuit of her dreams. Action-packed and exploding with memorable songs and dynamic dances – this musical is so much fun, it should be illegal!
Reconnect with nature

Or, for those at the southern end, Gaia Playgroup launched at Baringa Community Centre recently. This sensory nature play group is a chance for new mums to connect. Babies can play in a nature-based sensory environment. We hear this will be a regular thing — watch this space for more!
Get creative
Hinterland kids can uncover a love of ceramics and the pottery wheel with a beginner’s wheel-throwing workshop in Montville! An expert ceramicist will guide the kids through the basic steps to creating three hand-thrown pieces. They can sink their hands into some soft clay in a fun and relaxed environment.
