Christmas 2023 Guide

It’s time for your animal encounter

Visit this iconic Sunshine Coast zoo to see over 1,200 animals including those found in the African Savannah, South-East Asia exhibit and Bindi’s Island – as well as the original part of the zoo with all your Aussie favourites!

Stop and cuddle a koala on the way in (you can even get your picture taken) and don’t miss the incredible show in the stadium, where you’ll see croc feeding and a stunning bird display.

Conservation is at the heart of everything they do at Australia Zoo

When you visit Australia Zoo, you are making a difference to the conservation of wildlife. Every dollar you spend supports conservation projects around the world.

The conservation projects are helping to protect species from tigers in Sumatra and cheetah in Africa, to saltwater crocodiles and koalas in Australia. The ultimate mission of the zoo is to save one, save the species.

Make sure you visit the animal hospital whilst you are there, where you can see the incredible work that the team does at the zoo.

If you live locally, you can also purchase an annual pass, allowing you to visit whenever you like!
