Creamy avocado pasta recipe
Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe avocado
- 1-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup basil, packed
- 1/2 tsp himalayan salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp water
- Fresh ground pepper, to taste
- Spelt spaghetti or zucchini noodles
Method
- Cook pasta as per directions.
- Combine garlic and basil in your processor and pulse.
- Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
- Drain pasta and toss through sauce.
